Harald Koehn Construction is a full service residential Design/Build company located in Vancouver, British Columbia and serving the Vancouver area through to South Surrey and Langley.

The most important feature of Design/Build is the "Team Approach" from start to finish. Starting with perhaps nothing more than your dream ideas or with a purchased/prepared set of plans; together you the client, Harald and his team of design and trade professionals develop a structured and well-thought-out plan.

In all cases, an initial meeting is made to determine the intent of the project and a cost feasibility study is prepared. When the budget restrictions have been established the Design Build contract is drafted and the design phase begins.

All design solutions are presented to the client with the actual costing options and project specifications. Final documents are prepared along with the contract for construction, which then leads directly into the permit applications.

Our philosophy is that the Design/Build process provides for
